About Me

"What are you pursuing?", "What exactly does a Visual Communication designer do?", "So it's all about designing a logo, right?" These are the questions I get all the time. Instead of explaining it verbally, I prefer letting this portfolio do the talking. Hi, I'm Yaksha Kothari, a 4th year visual communication designer student. I’m someone who enjoys exploring how ideas can be transformed into visual experiences, whether through branding, packaging, campaigns, or systems that communicate clearly and with intention. I’m fascinated by the way design can simplify, clarify, and elevate a thought, turning it into something people instantly understand or feel.My work is driven by concept-building, structure, and a love for creating cohesive identities that go beyond just looking good, they tell a story, set a tone, and have a purpose. This portfolio is a glimpse into how I think, what I enjoy creating, and how I translate ideas into meaningful visual language.
